چکیده

Machining is an important part of the industry, one which drilling process. The process utilized in making holes a material. When drill-bit touches material, it causes vibration that can affect quality hole surface. Therefore, analysis addition MR-DVA with natural frequency 1,630.2 Hz on workpiece Aluminium Alloy 7075-T6 as main system conducted. Simulations were carried out range 1,675 – 1,680 various dimension ratios 2⁄5, 3⁄5, 4⁄5, and 5⁄5, along different placement between clamp 1⁄4, 2⁄4, 3⁄4. Based conducted simulation, has been found mass ratio 1⁄20 dampen well. largest reduction for 2⁄5 1⁄4 92%. In contrast, smallest 3⁄5 7.2%. These are because damping area increase workpiece's dimensions inverses, affecting clamp.

Numerical Modelling of Rubber Vibration Isolators

An important cause for interior noise in vehicles is structure-borne sound from the engine. The vibrations of the source (engine) are transmitted to the receiver structure (the vehicle) causing interior noise in the vehicle. For this reason the engine is supported by rubber isolators for passive isolation in especially the high-frequency region. To make a good judgment of the characteristics of...

An Overview of Disarray in Vibration Analysis of Undamped Dynamic Vibration Absorber

There are numerous sources of vibration in an industrial environment: in processes such as pile driving and blasting; rotating and reciprocating machinery such as engines, Compressors, and motors; transportation vehicles such as trucks, train and aircraft; the flow of fluids; and many others. Vibration absorption is a method of adding a tuned spring-mass absorber to a system to create anti-reso...

Free Vibration Analysis of a Six-degree-of-freedom Mass-spring System Suitable for Dynamic Vibration Absorbing of Space Frames

This study is concentrated on the natural frequencies and mode shapes of a simple three-member space frame coupled with a dynamic vibration absorber. The dynamic vibration absorber is modeled as a six-degree-of-freedom mass-spring system. For the first time, the free vibration of an elastic structure with a six-degree-of-freedom mass-spring system is found. Each member of the space frame has un...

NUMERICAL MODELLING OF RUBBER VIBRATION ISOLATORS: identification of material parameters

Rubber vibration isolators are used for vibration isolation of engines at high frequencies. To make a good prediction regarding the characteristics of a vibration isolator in the design process, numerical models can be used. However, for a reliable prediction of the dynamic behavior of the isolator, the rubber material parameters have to be known. In practice the material parameters have to be ...

Application of an active electromagnetic vibration absorber in vibration suppression

A novel active electromagnetic vibration absorber (AEMVA) is developed. It is shown that for suppression of steady-state response to a harmonic excitation, a proportional and derivative feedback control is equivalent to a time-delayed control. The study of the stability issue focuses on a conflicting goal of achieving the marginal stability of the time-delayed vibration absorber and the stabili...
